This year's winners of Camarillo Rotary Scholarships were honored at the club's regular meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Shown above, left to right, between Camarillo Rotary President Laurie Bennett and Scholarship Committee Chair Ira Schoenwald, are:
 
JOLINA LE. Jolina is a senior at Adolfo Camarillo High. She plans to major in Political Science at Pomona College and ultimately earn a Ph.D in Public Administration.
 
ANNELIESE WONG. Anneliese is a senior at Rancho Campana High. She will attend the University of Northern Colorado and pursue a career in Health Care as a Physician's Assistant or MD.
 
NICOLE AYALA. A Hueneme High School senior, Nicole is interested in Business Finance and eventually wants to own her own business. She is considering several colleges.
 
MICHELE ESQUIVAL. Michele is also a Hueneme High senior. She plans to pursue a degree in Biology at either UC San Diego or CSUCI, with a goal of attending medical school and becoming an MD.
 
KEVIN YANEZ. Kevin recently graduated from Hueneme High and has begun studying at Oxnard Community College. He is pursuing a career in Dentistry.
 
ANNALLE DIAZ. Annalle will study Criminal Justice at CSU Fullerton or CSU Northridge, with the goal of becoming a Crime Scene Investigator.
 
DANIEL SIMONS. Daniel's goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with degrees in Psychology and Brain Science. He will attend UCLA or USC.
 
Unable to attend the presentation was ANGELINA MORENO, recipient of the Scott Family Vocational Award as well as a Camarillo Rotary Scholarship. She is studying Criminal Justice with the goal of becoming a Court Reporter.
